With partners CR architecture + design (formerly Cole + Russell Architects), Dore & Whittier designed a new police station to complement Williston’s Federal town hall and quintessentially historic village. The facility includes holding cells, prisoner processing spaces, a drive-through sally port for secure prisoner transfer, evidence handling and storage, police administration and personnel offices, physical fitness facilities, a training/community room, and a 24-hour police dispatch center. Williston's Police Chief at the time believed the new station to be "...the envy of law enforcement officials throughout Vermont and beyond."
