Brad’s experience with the design and building process, appreciation for the value and importance of strong and open community relations, and ability to balance the desires of various interest groups makes him an ideal leader for our team. As Principal, Brad strategically oversees the team to provide the appropriate resources as needed.

Brad has significant knowledge and experience with both Chapter 149 design/bid/build and 149a CM-at-Risk project delivery methods. He is a former member of the MA CHPS sustainability advisory committee that helped to develop the MSBA Green Building Standards.

Brad is a graduate of the University of Vermont with a Bachelor of Arts.
