Designing Our Own Environment
Serving as designer and client is always a unique experience, especially given the variety of environments in which we like to work. Our work began by reimagining a sweeping reception area off the main east-west hallway, which leads to the ‘diner’ endowed with vintage booths and cafe tables and furnished with new, high tech A/V and presentation equipment for video conferencing and presentations.
On the second floor, private, individual offices along the perimeter surround a technology-rich conference room featuring multiple projectors and on-demand privacy protection glass.
The flexible third floor studio space enables project teams to cluster together for improved communications.
Nearby open areas are furnished with a variety of seating and table options to accommodate personal preferences and facilitate small gatherings or broader collaborative sessions. Technology on each level enable video conferencing to connect with our offices, clients, project teams, and vendors for training and workshops. The project was awarded LEED v3 Gold certification.
