Michele brings 25 years of Design, Project Management, and Construction Administration experience to the Dore & Whittier team. As a Project Manager, Michele monitors and tracks progress, helps resolve conflicts, and directs the project team towards our “on budget, on schedule” objectives. She is skilled at coordinating with authorities having jurisdiction, building inspectors, the Architectural Access Board, the Department of Environmental Protection, and the Board of Health, as well as assisting with various approvals, permits, and inspections. She also supports the architectural side of our work, excels at providing timely and efficient document reviews, and manages change orders, RFI, submittals, CCDs, ASI, and payment applications. Her experience with building codes; building systems, materials, and constructability; budgeting and cost estimating; procurement; and construction scheduling enable her to successfully guide a project from its inception through to its completion.
