Revere Municipal Building
Revere, Massachusetts

In July of 2014, the City of Rever suffered major damage to several municially owned structures.  Suffering the most substantial damage was City Hall-the heart of the City's management contained within a 27,000 square foot, three-story, and 117 year old historic masonry load bearing structure.  Dore & Whittier Management Partners was tasked with several challenges:

  • Organize and coordinate an exhaustive building conditions report for each of the structures
  • Identify and prioritze the issues relating to building occupant health and safety
  • Cleary document and assist with the City's insurance claim
  • Assist the Owner to identify the best delivery and procurement methods to orchestrate the simultaneous construction repair work across 4 distinctly different building types spread throughout the city
